The next phase of the Postal Service’s transformation plan is in the works. The Strategic Transformation Plan 2006-2010 will focus on customers and meeting their changing needs and demands. USPS has kept the focus on change — transformation — for the last three years. The new plan will set our direction for the next five years, based on input from customers, the mailing industry and employees.
