Severe Weather Disruption

Hurricane Katrina
Coastal and inland areas of Alabama, Louisiana, Mississippi and Florida are under emergency evacuation orders due to Hurricane Katrina. As a result, there may be local disruptions to all FedEx operations. FedEx may have limited access to conduct pickups and deliveries in affected areas. Consistent with the provisions of the FedEx Service Guide, the FedEx money-back guarantees are not in effect for shipments.
